Effective date: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of Gangnam Style AI Video (the “Service”) handles information when you use the website and video generator.
The Service may process:
When you create a video, your browser sends the selected photos and role settings to the Service. The Service may store the source media temporarily and send it to a video-processing partner to produce the requested result. A successful result may be copied to private storage and delivered through a time-limited link or your account history.
The normal application flow is designed to remove temporary source media after processing finishes. Generated files, account history, platform logs, and partner records can follow different retention schedules.
Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The browser may save a short-lived local draft of selected photos and settings while you sign in or complete checkout. Local drafts stay on the device until generation is accepted, the generator is reset, browser storage is cleared, or the draft expires.
Payment providers handle payment on their own hosted pages and notify the Service so the purchased video balance can be added to your account.
The Service may record first-touch, signup-touch, and last-touch acquisition information, including channel, campaign information, referring host, landing path, and timestamp. It may also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and product interactions. Uploaded-photo and generated-video contents are not intentionally placed in analytics events.
First-party cookies may retain attribution for up to 180 days. Clearing browser cookies removes local identifiers but may not erase records already associated with an account.
Information is used to create and deliver videos, operate accounts and payments, recover drafts, measure acquisition and product performance, troubleshoot failures, secure the Service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
The Service does not sell uploaded photos or generated videos. Information is shared only as needed with hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, video-processing, and payment partners, or when required by law. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Temporary source media is designed to be removed after processing. Local drafts expire after a short period. Download links may expire, and generated files are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Account, attribution, transaction, security, and platform-log records may be retained as reasonably needed to operate the Service, maintain accounting records, handle disputes, and comply with law.
You can clear browser data, sign out, or choose not to upload photos. Signed-in users can review video balance, purchases, and generation history. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information. Any request method offered by the current deployment will be shown within the Service.
This policy may be updated when the Service or its partners change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
